* In 1999, the Board of Trustees reorganized the Foundation staff. Major General Donald R. Gardner, USMC (Ret), became the Foundation's first Chief Executive Officer. In March 2007, the Board of Trustees again reorganized the Foundation staff and the President position was combined with the Chief Executive Officer position. Brigadier General Thomas V. Draude became the Foundation President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Guy Wyser-Pratte assumed the position of Board Vice Chairman.
